ORIENTAL FLOW

Oriental Flow is a technique born from Nathalie’s evolving personal practice—a unique intersection of contemporary and oriental dance, yoga, and somatic techniques. Designed to help practitioners reconnect with their bodies and release deep-seated tension, the practice focuses on the cultivation of "flow" through mindful movement.

The sessions are structured into two intentional parts:

  • Part I: Somatic Preparation We begin by preparing the physical body, connecting with the breath and the spine. By focusing on joint mobility and freeing the body’s internal architecture, we create the physical space necessary for fluid expression.

  • Part II: Oriental Technique We transition into the fundamental principles of oriental dance, exploring the intricate beauty of isolations, fragmentations, and spirals.

Participants are warmly welcomed to join this first gathering in Ghent to explore a movement practice that is as much about internal connection as it is about external grace.
