The dance centre is easily accessible by public transport. There are several bus stops near the entrance of Shoonya Dance Centre. Buses 5 and 8 pass right in front of the door.

We recommend coming to the dance centre by bike. This is better for the environment and allows you to avoid parking stress.

You can park your bike in Stokerijstraat: around the corner from Shoonya Dance Centre, or at the corner of Stapelplein & Doornzelestraat: just 2 minutes away from Shoonya Dance Centre.

If you don't live nearby, you can also come by train. You can get off at Gent-Dampoort station, which is 700 meters away from Shoonya Dance Centre, or a 10-minute walk.

Tram line 4 is around the corner in Sleepstraat.

Parking is available in the streets surrounding Shoonya. Please note that some zones are reserved for residents only.
Street parking is chargeable until 11:00 PM, including Sundays and public holidays.

Alternatively, you can use the paid parking at Dok-Noord, located about a 5-minute walk from Shoonya Dance Centre. You may also park along Koopvaardijlaan or Afrikalaan and use one of the two pedestrian and bicycle bridges to cross the water toward Shoonya.
