Registration for the New Season – Starting February 2026

Registration for the new season is now open. Please read the instructions below carefully, as we are working with a new registration system.

New Registration System & Shoonya ID

We have introduced a new data/CRM system, as our school has outgrown the previous one.

You will need to enter all your personal details on the website once and create a new Shoonya ID.
Please ensure that all information entered is official and correct, including your date of birth, as this is required for insurance purposes.

Once your Shoonya ID is created, you can log in using your email address and Shoonya ID to register for courses.

Course Registration & Availability

  • As long as the website accepts your registration, there is still space available in the course.
    Emails regarding course availability will therefore not be answered.

  • If a course is fully booked, you will be asked to email us the details of the course you wish to join so that we can place you on the waiting list.

  • Please register in time to secure your spot.

Payments

After completing your registration, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page.
Payments can be made via Bancontact, Visa, and other online payment methods.

Bank transfers are no longer possible. This ensures immediate and correct processing of payments.

All payments are automatically processed in the accounting system of the non-profit organisation (vzw).

Student & Social Discounts

  • If you have a valid student card and are under 25 years old, or

  • If you have a valid UiTPAS with social discount (kansentarief),

you must upload the relevant card in the system.
Once verified, the course fee will be adjusted automatically.

Registering for Multiple Courses (More than 2)

If you register for more than two courses, the following payment options will be available:

Option 1: Pay in full immediately
You can choose to pay the total amount for all selected courses at once.

Option 2: Pay later
This option will become visible during registration. In this case:

  • You must pay in full for the first two courses immediately.

  • For each additional course, a non-refundable €25 deposit must be paid immediately to secure your place.

  • The remaining balance will be sent to you via a payment link by email.

Multi-Course Discount – Important

  • The discount for enrolling in multiple courses is only applied if all courses are booked at the same time.

  • If you register for an additional course at a later date, the multi-course discount will no longer apply.

Final Note

This new system may take a short adjustment period for everyone.
Please excuse us if any minor issues occur in the beginning. If you notice anything unusual, please inform us as soon as possible.
