Professional Morning Training

A professional class without the pressure — stay in shape, sharpen technique, and find your own movement again.

What is Professional Morning Training?

Two mornings a week, Tono Ferriol teaches open ballet and contemporary training for professional and semi-professional dancers. The focus is staying in shape and refining technique in a warm, welcoming environment — a professional class without the pressure. Beyond the structured training there is space to explore and connect with your own movement.

Ballet begins at 10:00 with a warm-up based on standard classical training: barre work to find your range of motion, finishing in the centre. Contemporary follows at 11:30, working through more grounded movement drawing on Horton, Limón and Cunningham technique, and building choreographic material together.

One class pass covers all four classes — spend it on ballet, contemporary, or any mix of the two. Ages 16+. Classes run in English.

During this tenure, he also ventured into choreography, creating pieces for the opera Bluebeard's Castle and the musical Sugar.

In May 2023, he performed as a guest artist with the English National Ballet in Christopher Wheeldon's Cinderella. During the 2025/26 season, Tono worked as a dancer with the Vanemuine Estonian National Theatre.

Currently, Tono works as a freelance teacher and dancer across Europe, collaborating with prominent companies and brands including Cartier, Davydiuk Dance Company, Luxembourg Ballet, and Glen Lambrecht Ballet.
