What is Pilates for Dancers?
This class bridges the discipline of mat pilates with the practical demands of dance. Each session, we work through carefully structured mat pilates sequences — always responsive to the needs and strengths of the group — building core awareness, stability, and ease of movement from the inside out. Every class then takes the principles we've practised and applies them directly to a specific element of dance technique, so what you learn on the mat stays with you on the dance floor. Suitable for dancers of all styles and levels.
