What is Dance & Fit?
A fresh and energising class that combines the joy of dance with the benefits of a full-body workout. Every session follows five modules: we open with cardio through dance sequences and combinations — drawing from bellydance or bachata — to get the body moving and the spirit lifted. From there, we move into a short targeted workout for legs, abs, back and arms, followed by a drill session where we return to cardio by deepening a specific dance technique. We then focus on stability and balance, and close every class with stretching to restore and integrate. Come ready to dance, sweat and feel good.
